Group sessions and open classes are available daily, with the option to pay per session or membership.
Adults Boxing
Group sessions allow you to learn the art of boxing in a safe and friendly environment, whilst increasing fitness levels, confidence levels and weight loss. The sessions are challenging but are suitable for complete beginners, novices and all fitness levels.

Teen Boxing
Group sessions for 10-15 years olds, teaching boxing fundamentals and all of the benefits that it brings.

Combining kickboxing techniques and bodyweight exercises, KickFit is more of an exercise session designed to increase fitness levels, confidence levels and weight loss.

The sessions are challenging but can be adjusted to suit all levels of fitness and ability.
